Campus Rules & Code of Conduct

The following rules and code of conduct are established to ensure a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment at NEMTECH CAMPUS. All students, staff, and visitors are expected to comply with these rules. Violation of any rule may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

1. Attendance & Punctuality

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and training sessions regularly.
• Late arrivals or frequent absences may affect academic performance and course completion.
• Students must inform the administration in advance of any absence due to emergencies or unavoidable reasons.

2. Academic Integrity

• All assignments, projects, and exams must represent the student's own work.
• Cheating, plagiarism, or use of unauthorized assistance will result in disciplinary action.
• Respect intellectual property rights of course materials and resources.

3. Payments & Financial Obligations

• Students must pay registration fees, installment payments, and course fees on time as per the agreed schedule.
• Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of course access.

4. Conduct & Behavior

• Respectful behavior is expected towards faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Students must maintain professionalism in both on-campus and online classes.

5. Use of Campus Facilities & Online Systems

• Campus resources such as classrooms, IT labs, and online platforms must be used responsibly.
• Students are prohibited from damaging equipment, misusing facilities, or engaging in unauthorized activities.
• Online accounts and LMS credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.

6. Dress Code

• Students are expected to dress neatly and appropriately when attending campus classes or official events.
• Clothing should reflect professionalism and respect for the educational environment.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Possession or use of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances on campus is strictly prohibited.
• Carrying weapons or dangerous items is not permitted.
• Any unlawful activity will be reported to authorities immediately.

8. Disciplinary Actions

• NEMTECH CAMPUS reserves the right to take disciplinary action for violations of rules, including warnings, suspension, or termination of enrollment without refund.
• Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Grievance & Appeals

• Students may raise concerns or complaints through the official grievance procedure available at the administration office.
• Appeals against disciplinary actions must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the decision.
