This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made to NEMTECH CAMPUS. By enrolling in our courses and making payments, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to NEMTECH CAMPUS, whether online or at the campus office, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to registration fees, installment payments, and full course payments.

2. Payments Accepted

  • We accept payments online through our secure payment gateway.
  • Students may also make manual payments directly at the campus office.

3. Non-Refundable Clause

  • Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred to another student or course.
  • Failure to attend classes, withdrawal from a course, or dismissal due to violation of campus rules does not entitle the student to a refund.

4. Campus Rules & Termination

  • Students must comply with all campus rules and regulations.
  • NEMTECH CAMPUS reserves the lawful right to suspend or terminate a student's enrollment without refund if the student violates any campus rules or this agreement.

5. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to this Refund Policy, unless required by applicable laws of Sri Lanka.
