3. Payments

• Payments can be made online via our secure payment gateway or manually at our campus office.
• All fees must be paid according to the installment structure communicated at the time of enrollment.
• All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (refer to Refund Policy for details).

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students must attend classes, complete assignments, and participate in academic activities as required.
• Students are required to follow all campus rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Any form of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, designs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of NEMTECH CAMPUS.
• Students may use course materials only for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

6. Website Use

• Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the services.
• NEMTECH CAMPUS may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance or security reasons.

7. Termination of Enrollment

NEMTECH CAMPUS reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment without refund if they:

• Violate campus rules or this agreement.
• Engage in unlawful activities.
• Fail to make payments as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide quality education, NEMTECH CAMPUS does not guarantee employment or career advancement after course completion.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Amendments

NEMTECH CAMPUS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
